Curtis Granderson scored the Yankees’ only run in Thursday’s loss to the Blue Jays.

Granderson had two hits, including a double in the first inning off Drew Hutchinson, and improved his average to .257 on the season. The Yankees, of course, had just five hits as a team and left 12 runners on base. Granderson will look to stay hot going into interleague play with the Reds this weekend.

Curtis Granderson connected on his 13th homer of the season on Tuesday, but it wasn’t enough to lead the Yankees to victory over the Orioles.

It was his only hit of the night as O’s starter Wei-Yin Chen shut down the New York bats. Granderson is now hitting .257 on the season with 13 homers and 23 RBI, though to nitpick he has only stolen one base on the year.

Curtis Granderson continued his impressive power outburst, connecting on his ninth home run of the season in the Yankees loss to the Orioles on Tuesday.

Granderson finished the game 2-for-3 with the solo shot that accounted for all of the Yankees scoring on the night. While many skeptics and detractors claimed that Granderson’s power was likely to regress this season, he’s done his best to prove those doubters wrong. Even more impressive than the nine homers and 17 RBI on the season, is maintaining a respectable .276 average. He remains one of the most prolific offensive performers in the game, and should finally be getting all of the respect that he surely deserves.

Curtis Granderson launched home runs to right field in three consecutive at-bats Thursday, leading the Yankees to a 7-6 win over the Twins.

Just an epic night for Granderson. He got the show started in the first inning with a solo shot off of Anthony Swarzak. Swarzak was again the victim in the second inning, as Grandy connected for a two-run blast. Then in the fourth inning, he connected on his third consecutive HR, this one a solo blast off of Jeff Gray. He finished the monster evening 5-for-5 with the aforementioned three HR, three runs scored and four RBI. He now has six homers on the season and looks well on his way to replicating his tremendous effort from a season ago.

Curtis Granderson singled and belted a long homer in Monday’s loss to the Twins.

The blast in the first inning was the second of back-to-back jacks with Derek Jeter. Though he’s batting just .225 on the year, Granderson now has three longballs. He’ll be a top-10 fantasy outfielder again this season.

Curtis Granderson went 2-for-5 with a home run, run scored and three RBI in Wednesday’s 10-inning win over the Orioles.

Granderson took Jake Arrieta deep for a two-run shot in the first before plating Russell Martin with a seventh-inning single. The bomb was his first of the season. Batting just .200/.310/.440 through New York’s first three games, he’ll have to contend with some tough Angels pitching in New York this weekend.

Curtis Granderson underwent a precautionary MRI on his right elbow Wednesday, which came back negative.

Good news. Yankees general manager Brian Cashman didn’t appear too worried after Granderson was scratched from the lineup Tuesday night, but they didn’t want to take any chances. It’s not clear when he’ll return to Grapefruit League action, but he should be fine for Opening Day.

Curtis Granderson will undergo a precautionary MRI on his right elbow on Wednesday.

Granderson was scratched from Tuesday’s lineup due to right elbow soreness. Yankees general manager Brian Cashman classified his concern as a “two” on a 1-10 scale, so it doesn’t sound like a major issue. But the Bombers don’t want to take any chances.
