Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel “would be surprised” if Corey Hart is traded this offseason.
Hart, 30, hit .270/.334/.507 with 30 home runs and 83 RBI in 149 games in 2012, and is set to make $10 million next season, the final year of his contract. Brewers GM Doug Melvin said he expects Hart to remain at first base, with Norichika Aoki opening 2013 in right field.
