Nick Camino of WTAM 1100 in Cleveland reports that Terry Francona will interview with the Indians next week.
A source tells Camino that Francona will be in Cleveland on “Wednesday or Thursday.” While the Indians and Francona are believed to have mutual interest, there’s been speculation that they could balk at his asking price. Sandy Alomar, Jr. is serving as the interim manager, and is the only other known candidate for the job.
