Matt Harvey will not start Tuesday against the Phillies due to the inclement weather in the forecast.
Harvey was scheduled to make his final start of the season Tuesday, but the weather forecast isn’t especially promising. If the game is played, Jeremy Hefner will start. Harvey will presumably be pushed back to Wednesday.
