Prince Fielder went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer in Sunday’s win over the Angels.
Fielder did the heavy lifting on an afternoon where Miguel Cabrera sat out with a sore ankle, tagging Ervin Santana in the sixth. The home run was his seventh of the month, eighth since the All-Star break and 23rd of the season. Prince isn’t on the quite power pace he was last year in Milwaukee, but is still cruising toward his sixth-consecutive 30-bomb campaign.
