Matt Holliday finished 4-for-5 with four RBI in Sunday’s 8-2 defeat of the rival Reds.
Holliday hit a two-run single in the third inning, an RBI double in the seventh and a run-scoring single for insurance in the ninth. He also tripled. The 32-year-old is now sporting a .309/.384/.527 batting line with an NL-leading 89 RBI. St. Louis is six games back of Cincinnati in the National League Central standings.
