Dan Haren will have his scheduled start against the Red Sox in Boston on Tuesday skipped over.
He will remain in the Angels rotation, throwing some bullpens during the week, then making his next start against the Tigers in Detroit on Saturday. He’s been absolutely brutal over his last two outings, so perhaps this extra rest will get the struggling right-hander back on track.
