Chipper Jones is not expected to be in Atlanta’s lineup on Monday against the Phillies.
Jones said he will stay in Atlanta to take care of “family matters” Sunday. On Monday afternoon, he plans to travel to Philadelphia, but both he and the team don’t expect him in the lineup that day.
