Clayton Mortensen (Red Sox)

Red Sox recalled RHP Clayton Mortensen from Triple-A Pawtucket.

Mortensen was replaced by Justin Germano on the active roster Wednesday. He’ll serve as Boston’s 26th man Saturday before likely returning to the minors.
