Scott Diamond yielded two runs in seven innings Thursday in a no-decision versus the Tigers.
Diamond left with a 3-2 lead, but the Twins bullpen went on to give up five runs in the eighth. Diamond has now made 12 starts and still hasn’t given up more than four earned runs in any of them. He’s allowed two or fewer earned runs seven times. We don’t recommend him in mixed leagues, but he’s been a big-time asset thus far.
