Indians activated DH Travis Hafner from the 15-day disabled list.
The Indians have yet to announce a corresponding roster move, but Shelley Duncan is not listed on the lineup card. Hafner is in the starting lineup Wednesday, batting cleanup against Angels’ right-hander Ervin Santana.
