Lonnie Chisenhall will be sidelined 10-12 weeks after undergoing surgery to repair a broken bone in his right forearm.
It’s a lengthier timetable than expected, as the damage must have been quite significant. Even in a best-case scenario, it appears that we won’t see Chisenhall until September. Perhaps depending on where the Indians are in the standings at the time, it could wind up being a season-ending injury.
