Felix Hernandez got on track in Sunday’s 2-1 win over the Giants, allowing just one run on five hits in seven innings of work.
The King fanned seven and walked one in a no-decision. Battling back troubles, Hernandez had allowed at least four runs in five of his past six starts, but today was certainly an encouraging outing. He has a very favorable matchup lined up for next weekend, where he’ll get the Padres at home.
