Nelson Cruz made an early exit from Saturday’s game against the Giants due to a sore right Achilles.
It sounds like a new injury for Cruz, but the Rangers are saying he’s merely “day-to-day.” The slugger is doubtful to play in Sunday’s series-finale with San Francisco.
