Albert Pujols went 2-for-3 with a homer and four RBI in the Angels’ 11-5 defeat of the Rockies on Saturday.
Pujols got the Halos on the board with a sacrifice fly in the first inning, and added an RBI single in the second. He then connected on a two-run homer off Guillermo Moscoso in the sixth inning, increasing the Anaheim lead to 10-3. Albert’s slow start is slowly giving way to good overall numbers. He’s batting .249 with nine homers and 36 RBI.
