LaTroy Hawkins (finger), who has been sidelined for the past five weeks, has made the trip to Colorado with the Angels and will be activated from the DL Saturday.
Hawkins was pitching extremely well before the injury, boasting a 1.08 ERA through his first 8 1/3 innings. He’ll join Jordan Walden in a setup role behind Ernesto Frieri and/or Scott Downs.
