Kyle Drabek had mixed results against the Braves on Friday, allowing three runs on six hits over five innings of work, but made key pitches when necessary to limit the damage.
He also walked four in the game and failed to strike out a batter. He was on the hook for his seventh loss of the season until the Jays rallied to tie the game in the eighth inning. As it stands, he’ll take a 4-6 record and middling 4.70 ERA with him into his next start where he’ll face the Nationals at home on Wednesday. With his poor command however, he should probably remain on your bench until he straightens things out.
