Kevin Millwood was diagnosed with a mild groin strain.
Millwood suffered the injury six frames into a potential no-hitter against the Dodgers and had to be pulled from a shot at history. The M’s seem to think the strain is minor, but the veteran righty could need a stint on the disabled list anyway. He has a 3.57 ERA in 70 2/3 innings.
