Chris Johnson was pulled from Friday’s game against the White Sox because of nausea.
Johnson will be evaluated overnight so the Astros can be sure there’s nothing serious happening. He was 0-for-3 with two strikeouts before being replaced at third base by the recently-recalled Brian Bixler.
