Hector Noesi is scheduled to make his next start Wednesday against the Angels.
Felix Hernandez will be pushed back for precautionary measures. Noesi lasted just five innings in his last start and threw few enough pitches that he’ll be cleared to go on short rest. Noesi’s flyball tendencies play much better when at home at Safeco Field. He’s struggled mightily (7.47 ERA) on the road this season.
