Ted Lilly (shoulder) is scheduled to undergo an MRI on Friday.
Lilly landed on the disabled list earlier this week after giving up eight runs over 3 1/3 innings last Thursday night. The veteran left-hander has been taking anti-inflammatory medication and remains hopeful that he won’t have to miss much more time. We should know more on his status after Friday.
