Kendrys Morales went 3-for-4 with a homer and a double Sunday to lead the Angels to a 4-2 win over the Mariners.
Morales needed a game like this after his recent slump. With Torii Hunter potentially returning this week, the Angels will start moving Mark Trumbo around again and could look to give him more time at DH if Morales isn’t producing. Morales entered the day with a .688 OPS and just 12 RBI in 134 at-bats.
