Dodgers placed INF Justin Sellers on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to May 23, with a bulging disc in lower back.
Sellers was scratched from Wednesday’s lineup with what was described as back stiffness, but he’s obviously dealing with something more serious. Jerry Hairston, Jr. is back from the disabled list and will take his spot on the active roster.
