Luis Marte (hamstring) was scheduled to throw a side session Monday.
The Tigers originally hoped that Marte would be able to pitch in a game by now, but they scaled things back after he experienced some lingering soreness in his hamstring following a bullpen session last week. Assuming all went well with the side session, he should be able to begin a minor league rehab assignment within the next week.
