Indians’ minor league left-hander Harold Guerrero was suspended 50 games for violating the minor league drug prevention and treatment program.
He tested positive for Stanozolol, a performance-enhancing substance. Guerrero, 21, has a 4.52 ERA over parts of four seasons in the minors and was on the roster with Low-A Mahoning Valley. Baseball America didn’t include him among the organization’s top 30 prospects during the offseason.
