Phillies optioned OF Domonic Brown to Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
The Phillies have wanted all along for Brown to get some more minor league seasoning, and a neck injury that’s bothered him most of camp made the decision even easier. Brown holds plenty of post-hype sleeper appeal, but as it stands right now, there’s no room for him in the Philly outfield.
